Xlope came out in 2023 and was made by an independent team who were inspired by Rob Kay's Slope 2. It's a platformer or endless runner game, and it was made fully in HTML5, so you can play right away in your browser, on your phone, tablet, or computer. You are thrown into a 3D neon world where you control a blue ball that is speeding down steep "Xlopes" and trying to stay alive as long as possible.
To move the ball down the neon slope, press the left and right button keys or press A and D. As the speed goes up, you'll come across tight roads, gaps, and red-edged cubes that are obstacles. If you crash or fall, the game ends, but you can start over right away (spacebar) and try again.
There are new dangers and the track tilts and shifts as you guide the ball down the Xlopes. There are red blocks that will blow you up if you touch them, tight roads that you have to stay in the middle of, and sudden gaps that will test your reflexes. You have to play against other people and stay alive as long as possible to get the highest score.
Are you ready to go? In Xlope, you can test your reflexes in the neon void. But don't stop there; look around for more free web games to keep the fun going!
